Our Background
Where Our Passion is Born
As a first time homeowner of a Multifamily property after the housing market crash of 2008, we found our true passion for real estate through the value of rental units. We realized the endless opportunities within this industry and noted how we could not only help ourselves but others in becoming profitable in a real estate transaction.
Our experience developed from working with various local investors in the DMV area, where we worked collaboratively to succeed in the business. Along with a self-taught career, we have participated in several conventions, met with professionals, and learned as much information available on Real Estate investment in order to perform countless deals for people who need a simplified method to sell their homes.
